- Preheat air fryer
- Ensure Spam fries are in a single layer.
- When ready, set temperature to 400F and cook for eight minutes, shaking half way through.

We’ve written before about air frying spam, but before that was mainly simple slices for dishes like breakfast. This recipe however is for Spam fries, a side dish or snack that’s particular popular with the Keto crowd as the cards are virtually nil.
No oil is needed here, the spam has plenty fat locked in that sizzles up the exterior nicely. In this recipe, I used one half sized can of spam and cut into slightly thicker pieces – this yielded twelve fries in total.
