How to air fry Bovine And Swine Thai Style Chicken Sausage
- Preheat heat air fryer to 400F
- Remove sausage from packaging
- Cook at 400F for eight minutes
- Turn sausage once during cooking for even char

These craft chicken sausages hail from Wyoming and have a wonderful Thai-inspired flavor. While they do come pre-cooked I love to air fry them, they develop a lovely char and crisp finish without drying out inside. Pictured below, a Thai-Vietnamese fusion banh mi I made with some!
