How to air fry Tyson Southern Style Breast Tenderloins review
- Preheat heat air fryer to 400F
- Add frozen Tenderloins to air fryer in single layer
- Cook at 400F for ten to twenty minutes (see below)
- Turn once during cooking

It’s tricky to give precise cooking times for these chicken strips from Tyson. There’s significant variability in size and thickness, which in turn affects cooking times. I should note that the chicken is precooked, so really this is just a heat and serve dish, though I always try to cook to 165F or higher.
I’ve had some smaller pieces hit that magic mark in ten minutes, while the biggest pieces in the pack took close to twenty minutes. You could also reduce those times with some pre-cooking in the microwave too.
