- Preheat air fryer to 350F
- Cook meatballs for twelve minutes at 350F
- Shake meatballs after first two minutes cooking to prevent sticking
- Shake again once more after another five minutes

Chicken meatballs, cooked up in the air fryer, a super-healthy alternative to greasy meatballs fried up in the pan! There’s no need for any extra oil here either. While these meatballs are lean, just give them a little shake a couple minutes into cooking – to make sure they don’t stick to the fryer basket – after the it’s plain sailing. The result is a nicely crisp exterior and juicy center.
