- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Cook for 6 minutes at 400F
- Turn chicken pieces once during cooking to ensure even cook

This plant-based chicken product cooks up intriguingly in the fryer. Do note that it does tend to dry out a little, being as thin as it is. The result is a fairly dry finish with vert crisp, chicken like edges. This approach might go well with some sauce splashed over after cooking to liven things up. Eg tossed in some buffalo sauce and added to a salad or wrap.
