How to cook Sol Cuisine Meatless Meatballs in an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Cook for 10 minutes at 400F
- Shake meatballs half way through cooking

These meatballs will cook from frozen to finished much quicker than the oven. The caveat is that cooking at the 400F heat does crisp and cut the meatballs pretty decently. I like that finish, you might not. You might want to cook at a lower temp for a while longer if you prefer a less crisp exterior.
