- Preheat air fryer to 340F
- Cook chicken burger for 7 minutes at 340F
- Flip once after 4 minutes cooking

While you won’t get the fabulously blackened and crispy finish that you get from pan frying (see pic below) these patties – you do end up with a delicious finish in its own right. Moreover, sometimes you just don’t want the mess and splatter of the pan, or switching on a huge oven for a single burger.
The finish in the air fryer resembles that on the burger’s packaging actually. The texture ends up a little softer than frying, but there’s still some enjoyable meaty chew.
