How to cook Trader Joe’s Aloo Chaat Kati Pockets in an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 370F
- Cook at 370F for 12 minutes
- Flip kati pockets once after 6 minutes
This recipe is based of using the COSORI Air Fryer (5.8QT model, affiliate link).
These potato and chickpea pockets make a great snack. Sure they can cook in the microwave real fast, but a quick spin in the air fryer is way better in our opinion. Great as a snack, they also pair well with lots of other Indian treats for more filling dishes.
Here I’ve plated one of the pockets with a side of leftover homemade masala sauce and some cumin spike yogurt. A real treat!
