How to make drop biscuits using an air fryer
Air fried drop biscuits
Did you know your air fryer doubles up as a really handy baking tool as well? Making drop biscuits in the air fryer is a really simple process.
Ingredients
- Biscuit mix
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- While fryer heats up, prepare biscut batter
- Place batter in ramekin or parchment paper (see below)
- Cook at 400F for seven minutes
- Don't open fryer while cooking
Notes
The above recipe uses Pillsburys Homestyle Biscuit Mix. It needs just milk added to packaged biscuit mix and makes about 12 biscuits. You can mix the ingredients together in just a coiple minutes while your fryer heats up.
To cook biscuits in the air fryer you will need to cook them in an air fryer safe container, or on top of suitable parchment paper. I found great success cooking biscuits in PAM sprayed ramekins, as well as on top of air fryer safe parchment paper. See our parchment paper guide before using this in your air fryer.
