Did you know your air fryer doubles up as a really handy baking tool as well? Making drop biscuits in the air fryer is a really simple process.

Prep Time 7 minutes
Cook Time 7 minutes
Total Time 14 minutes

  • Biscuit mix

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  2. While fryer heats up, prepare biscut batter
  3. Place batter in ramekin or parchment paper (see below)
  4. Cook at 400F for seven minutes
  5. Don't open fryer while cooking

The above recipe uses Pillsburys Homestyle Biscuit Mix. It needs just milk added to packaged biscuit mix and makes about 12 biscuits. You can mix the ingredients together in just a coiple minutes while your fryer heats up.

To cook biscuits in the air fryer you will need to cook them in an air fryer safe container, or on top of suitable parchment paper. I found great success cooking biscuits in PAM sprayed ramekins, as well as on top of air fryer safe parchment paper. See our parchment paper guide before using this in your air fryer.

Be careful removing the biscuits from the air fryer, check out our accessories page here for oven safe gloves that makes this easy.

Here are some pictures of the mix I used, the batter in ramekins and the cooked finished product!
