How to make quick garlic bread in an air fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  2. Cook prepared garlic bread (see below) for 2 minutes

This recipe is based of using the COSORI Air Fryer (5.8QT model, affiliate link).

This ultra quick and easy recipe is one of my favorite ways to use up leftover bread. Whether it’s homemade bread (like below) or something like a quality ciabatta – if the breads getting to the end of its shelf life – this can be a great way to give it one last, delicious hurrah.

Take your bread and season first with salt and pepper. Next sprinkle liberally with basil followed by crushing one garlic clove over the bread. Very importantly, use a good quality olive oil last, to help tamp down all those toppings. One of my particular favorites and widely available is the California Olive Oil Ranch brand.
