- Preheat air fryer to 340F
- Cook for eight minutes in total
- Shake sausage/s once or twice during cooking

I like the lower temperature of 340F with these chicken sausages from Boar’s Head. I find that helps keep the skin from bursting, and losing too much fat in the cooking process. That results in a really juicy chicken sausage (that might otherwise dry out) with a gentle browning on the exterior.
