- Preheat air fryer to 380F
- Cook for 11 minutes at 380F
- Flip burgers once during cooking at half way point

Gardein’s entrant in the plant based burger space is loaded with quite a bit of fat. With that in mind, you don’t need to use any added oil here, they should have plenty locked in to keep things from sticking during cooking.
I particularly like how the air fryer crisps up the edge of these Gardein burgers which I find adds a more realistically-meaty finish too.
