Grilled romaine cooked in the air fryer

How to make grilled romaine in an air fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  2. Add prepared romaine (see below) to air fryer
  3. Cook for four minutes at 400F

We used the COSORI to air fry this (affiliate link, we get a fee), always check your food with a good kitchen thermometer.

Pictured above is a heart of romaine lettuce, split down the center then air fried. This was direct from fridge to fryer – so might explain the poor results. Personally I would add this one to the list of things to skip with the air fryer. I wasn’t happy with the results here. Unlike romaine grilled on the BBQ or flat top, the lettuce here does wilt some.
