How to make grilled romaine in an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Add prepared romaine (see below) to air fryer
- Cook for four minutes at 400F

Pictured above is a heart of romaine lettuce, split down the center then air fried. This was direct from fridge to fryer – so might explain the poor results. Personally I would add this one to the list of things to skip with the air fryer. I wasn’t happy with the results here. Unlike romaine grilled on the BBQ or flat top, the lettuce here does wilt some.
