How to reheat Indian naan bread using an air fryer

Ever over order at your favorite Indian restaurant, happy in the knowledge you will have delicious next day leftovers? Yep, me too. Sadly though, naan bread is never quite the same the next day, limp and heavy with none of that fresh from the tandoor crisp.

Enter stage left then – the air fryer. The air fryer will resuscitate your lifeless naan right back to that glorious moment of sizzling stature. In the above recipe I am cooking my naan direct from the refrigerator.
