As with all air frying recipes for meat, much depends on the thickness of your pork with this one. These bone-in center cut pork loin chops were about a half inch thick. I also added them to the preheated air fryer directly from the refrigertor too. You may want to increase or decreae your cooking time by. minute or two according to the thickness of your pork.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Additional Time 1 minute
Total Time 16 minutes

Ingredients

  • Thin cut pork chops
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360F
  2. Season pork chops as required
  3. Cook pork for ten minutes at 360F
  4. Turn pork over half way through cooking
  5. Allow meat to rest for one to two minutes after coming out of the air fryer
