This recipe is based of using the COSORI Air Fryer (5.8QT model, affiliate link).
This is an ultra simple one, but yields great results. No need to add garlic here either, but be sure to peel the garlic and remove the papery exterior; you don’t want that coming lose under the hot circulating air and starting a fire!
Anyway, just four short minutes at high temperature is all it takes to produce roast garlic in the air fryer. This takes the bitterness away from the allium and makes it perfect for a number of uses; heck, sometimes I just spread it on a sandwich!
You could probably push the cooking time for an extra two minutes if you like, but I wouldn’t go much further.
Many variables may influence your own cooking times. If in doubt contact your air fryer or product manufacturer.
