How to make Buffalo cauliflower wings from scratch in an air fryer

This trendy dish is easy to make in the air fryer and is mess free:

  1. Take one medium sized cauliflower, cut off florets in 1-1-.5 inc pieces. Discard thick stem.
  2. In a container toss with 2 tbsp canola oil and 3 tbsp buffalo sauce (we used Sweet Baby Rays
  3. Preheat air fryer
  4. When ready, set temperature to 400F
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, shake every 4 minutes to ensure cauliflower cooks and crisps evenly
