How to make croutons in an air fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  2. Cook prepared croutons for for 3 minutes at 400F

This recipe is based of using the COSORI Air Fryer (5.8QT model, affiliate link).

I love to make my own fresh bread at home. The only problem? It expires rather quickly without all those preservatives you find in store bought bread. Never fear though, old bread can be quickly given a new lease of life as the best croutons you ever tasted!

Roughly chop the left over bread into half inch cubes. Sprinkle over a little olive oil, garlic powder and dried basil. Salt liberally. No need to measure or ensure an even covering, just toss the croutons a few times to ensure they’re seasoned here and there. Quickly cook following the instructions above and you’ll have the most amazing salad topper.

Please ensure your food is always thoroughly cooked. We recommend investing in a reliable kitchen thermometer. Check out the affordable selection on Amazon - there's something at every price point.
