- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Place frozen steak-umm slices in fryer and cook for 1 minute
- This will essentially defrost the slices, now you can pick them up with tongs and fold into small heaps of steak
- Cook for a further 1-3 minutes for required temperature
These thin slices of steak cook up super fast in the fryer and can be given a nice crisp with the cooking method. You’ll need to follow the two step method as above – the first step ostensibly defrosting the slices, where you can then crumple into small piles of steak for cooking through. I found it took a total of four minutes to reach the magic 160F mark (required of ground beef).
