How to cook Costco Kirkland Beef Polish Sausage in an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Score sausage six or seven times diagonally
- Cook for 6 minutes at 400F
- Turn once during cooking
- For last 30-45 seconds add a hoagie/hot dog bun to the fryer basket and place polish sausage inside

The Polish sausage from Costco is one of my guiltiest pleasures in life. They’re absolutely loaded with salt and fat – but damn – they taste good. I don’t eat them often, but when I do, I love to air fry them.
By scoring the sausage before cooking, you increase the surface area of the sausage, allowing for more crisp along the length of the sausage. Adding the bun to the cooking process right at the end helps lend a fun toast to the bun too.
