How to cook Kiolbassa Beef Smoked Sausage using an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Cook tenders for 10 mins at 400F
- Turn sausage once or twice during cooking
This recipe is based of using the COSORI Air Fryer (affiliate link, we get a fee if you buy!).
These big fast smoked sausage are fine to cook in the air fryer provided you’re aware of a few caveats. First up they’re loaded with sat, so they will deposit quite a bit of grease into the fryer. Also, they will pop/explode/rip open under the heat of cooking. I find this usually happens as a big tear down one side of the sausage. Presumably this is why the packaging also recommends against cooking in the microwave too.
