How to cook The Very Good Butchers Smoking Bangers using an air fryer
- Preheat heat air fryer to 400F
- Remove Bangers from plastic packaging
- Cook at 400F for 8-10 minutes
- Turn Bangers during cooking, once or twice, for even cooking
We used the COSORI to air fry this (affiliate link, we get a fee), always check your food with a good kitchen thermometer.
The air fryer isn’t the best tool for this job – but it does work. The fryer tends to give the sausages a very dry finish, which may or may not be your thing. It’s certainly less messy than the splatter of the frying pan. Also note, I’ve left the final time slightly variable based on your preference of crisp finish on the exterior.
