How to cook Gardein Lightly Breaded Turk’y Cutlets in an air fryer
These vegan friendly turkey cutlets are delicious – especially when they come fresh from the air fryer. The Gardein Turk’y product is essentially the same product as their nugget and chicken strips, here coated with a breadcrumb coating that crisps up nicely with some cooking spray.
- Preheat air fryer
- Liberally spray each side of the turkey cutlet with cooking spray
- Cook at 400F for 10 minutes, flip half way through

I have a Cosori airfryer oven (recentl airfryer user)and used the instructions, but it wasn’t crisp at all. Should raise the temperature or leave in longer? I didn’t check the temperature, but it was hot on the inside. Any suggestions would be much appreciated by the airfryer newbie! Thanks for the advice and recipe.
I think I know where I went wrong, maybe. (: Was I supposed to use the :airfry” setting? I used the Bake.
Hi Kay, mine doesnt have the option for bake or air fry – I am guessing the bake option turns off the fan – which is the cool thing with air fryers, the hot air is circulated at speed by a fan.
I would “lightly” spray on oil as “liberally” creates way too much smoke. Otherwise they came out beautifully.
If you have a fry basket, I wouldn’t spray them at all.
