I’m a multiple-award winning journalist and have covered the Utah dining scene for the better part of fifteen years.   I’m largely fueled by a critical obsession with rice, alliteration and the use of big words I don’t understand.  

I'm also a huge fan of the air fryer, obsessively so. On a daily basis I am always asking myself, "can I air fry this". I started Air Fry Guide as a way to catalogue my own adventures in air frying, in the hope it helps others.
