I find the air fryer is the most no fuss way to get these smoked sausages from Sam’s Choice up to temp. No oil needed, there’s plenty fat in the sausage to keep things from sticking. The final result is a nice crispy/snappy sausage skin and juicy interior.
I love these air fried then thinly sliced, as part of the protein in a spicy pasta dish!
