How to cook Boomerang’s Beefy Potato Plant-Based pie in an air fryer

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F
  2. Remove pie from exterior cardboard box
  3. Do not remove pie from interior pie case
  4. Cook in air fryer on 400F for 25-30 minutes in total

I didn’t find that the air fryer cooked this Boomerang’s vegan pot pie materially faster than a regular oven. Indeed the exterior of the pie cooked up quickly, with the interior remaining cooler than I’d like for some time. I would start checking the pie at the 20 minute mark with a thermometer (see below) and take it from there.
