How to cook Boomerang’s Beefy Potato Plant-Based pie in an air fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Remove pie from exterior cardboard box
- Do not remove pie from interior pie case
- Cook in air fryer on 400F for 25-30 minutes in total

I didn’t find that the air fryer cooked this Boomerang’s vegan pot pie materially faster than a regular oven. Indeed the exterior of the pie cooked up quickly, with the interior remaining cooler than I’d like for some time. I would start checking the pie at the 20 minute mark with a thermometer (see below) and take it from there.
