Call this what you want: baked eggs, shirred eggs, easy over eggs; whatever you want to call it, the result is the same. Delicately cooked creamy eggs with a soft runny yolk.

It’s easy to get a little intimidated by the notion of eggs in the air fryer, don’t! This is super simple and has great results. Just be sure to use a good fat free cooking spray. Avoid butter, it will burn.

  1. Unfortunately this recipe does not cook in the time given. We did 6 eggs in individual ramekins and they ended up taking 15 min to cook. Maybe because I didnt do just one egg.

      1. That’s correct Dave. These recipes are ideally intended for Cosori air fryers, but most similar styled devices should be roughly similar; so hopefully these guides serve as a useful jumping off point for other people and their fryers. We also ask for people to post in the comments if they find their model/method deviates too much.

  2. Wow! This is the first air fryer egg recipe that turned out perfectly. I was so excited to slice into it and see the yolk run. Thank you!

  3. My air fryer takes a bit longer, too, but nonetheless comes out great! Love using it to make hard “boiled” eggs.
