Cooking notes
Take sliced dill pickle chips and lay flat on a plate. Using paper towels pat gently dry as much as possible. Be careful not to squash them! Next, dredge the pickle chips in beaten egg before rolling in panko breadcrumbs. Transfer to another plate and spray completed pickle chips with cooking spray on both sides.

What does “shake halfway through” mean?
My air fryer (cosori) has a twin basket design. This lets you shake the items around so they don’t stick etc during cooking. That said you could just as easily use a utensil to flip or turn. The main point is just not letting the food sit in place for the whole cooking period.
