Looking for something different to cook up with those potatoes in the pantry? What about these sliced potatoes, perfect for breakfast and dinner alike!

I like to cook them with the skin on for a little more taste and texture. Simply take two or three potatoes, wash and scrub them, then slice into quarter inch rounds. From there, add to a container, season with salt and pour over two tablespoons canola oil. Seal the container and shake vigoourlsy to coat them evenly – then off you go.

Twelve minutes is all it takes for potatoes with a slightly al dente finish. Cook for fifteen minutes if you prefer a softer finish.

We recommend investing in a kitchen thermometer like the Habor Meat Thermometer to ensure your food is thoroughly cooked. It's quick, under twenty bucks and it's waterproof - and hey - we get a small referral fee for any purchases.

This guide is presented as a reference only. Many variables may influence your own cooking times. If in doubt contact your air fryer or product manufacturer. Please ensure your food is thoroughly cooked before consuming. See here for more info on using our recipes.
