Looking for something different to cook up with those potatoes in the pantry? What about these sliced potatoes, perfect for breakfast and dinner alike!
I like to cook them with the skin on for a little more taste and texture. Simply take two or three potatoes, wash and scrub them, then slice into quarter inch rounds. From there, add to a container, season with salt and pour over two tablespoons canola oil. Seal the container and shake vigoourlsy to coat them evenly – then off you go. I use Rubbermaid plastic food prep containers for this part, they’re really handy in a lot of different air fryer recipes. See our air fryer accessories page here.
Twelve minutes is all it takes for potatoes with a slightly al dente finish. Cook for fifteen minutes if you prefer a softer finish.
