- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Cook brioche at 400F
- Cook for one minute for light finish
- Cook for two minutes for browned finished

It might sound obvious but if you find yourself air frying up a dog or brat – don’t forget you can toast your bun in there at the same time! Recently I had some brioche hot dog buns from Whole Foods and found that they cook up great in the fryer.
The high fat content makes for a really good crisp. One minute was tough to create that gentle crunch that works wonders – though the bun remained light. Two minutes created a golden brown finish.
