We used the COSORI to air fry this (affiliate link, we get a fee), always check your food with a good kitchen thermometer.

The great thing about these cauliflower wings is the sauce comes in a separate package. This means you can air fry the cauliflower up to a perfect crisp finish before quickly tossing them in the sauce. This also means if you have a favorite particular sauce you’d rather use, you can pass on the accompanying packet.

  1. These weren’t very good – sauce or no sauce. Mostly breading, very little cauliflower, and quite expensive for a relatively small package.

  2. Really liked breading but cauliflower was mushy. Homemade from fresh cauliflower comes out better but haven’t found a crust as good as these.

  3. First time me and my husband tried these and we loved them plus it’s healthy eating for both of us trying to lose weight.
